Refund Policy

We appreciate your support of our clothing and handmade designs. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    •    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    ◦    Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    ◦    Free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains/smells

    ◦    With all original tags and packaging 

    •    Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations are not considered defects.

    •    Custom orders or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

    •    Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

    1    Email us at contact@heidihess.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2    We’ll respond with return instructions and a return label if necessary.

    3    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

    •    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    •    Send an email contact@heidihess.com with your concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
